Scotty Carlisle, Founder of FliP Creative Consulting, has been in the insurance and financial services business since March of 2002. After Graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor Degree in Logistics and being the only Logistics Management Trainee on the west coast for Ferguson Enterprises – he decided the logistics of financial planning was a more exciting direction to go. His latest achievement includes a Master Degree in Science, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California (USC). As an entrepreneur, he has created several companies from scratch – with some having success, and some with the lack thereof. Financial services have been the staple that has allowed him successes when challenges arose. As Chief Operations Officer of AES, a major experiential marketing organization – Scotty had first hand experience handling the financial and marketing needs of Chrysler, Subaru, Toyota, Skype, and Microsoft to name a few. Scotty managed every aspect of the organization from Logistics, Payroll, Accounting, Administration, Company Benefits, Group Health, Workers Compensation, Liability Insurance, and even data collection and Promotional Staff employment. The experiences as a decision maker in this organization has given him first hand knowledge of the challenges that small business owners face today.
As a Financial Adviser, he has reached the top 4% of producers worldwide – The Million Dollar Roundtable. His personal production has given him expertise with many financial products including a wide array of insurance products such as life, health, disability, long term care, workers compensation, liability, home, and even auto insurance. Also included in his financial repertoire are annuities including but not limited to: deferred or immediate, single premium or multiple premiums with fixed, indexed, and even variable options available. His financial background began through that of a few major Broker-Dealers such as Nylife Securities, Park Avenue Securities, Ameritas, and Centaurus Financial- which he then left for the opportunity to create Freedom RIA, a registered investment advisory. There are a plethora of investment vehicles in his wheelhouse such as mutual funds, real estate investment trusts, direct participation programs, and other fee-based – advisory services. The real estate license is just a value added base of knowledge regarding investment options if you are considering residential or commercial properties in your financial plan.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in executive management, recruiting, planning, scheduling, and team building. He brings a strong positive direction to FLIP creative consulting in a wide range of professional fields. He is a proven analytical and strategic thinker in the world of business development. He has professional work ethics with a corporate vision in long-range planning and is familiar with all aspects of business. His business background consists of Operations Director, Business Consultant, Supply Chain Director, Accounting Analyst, and Electronic Engineer.
Kevin decided that he wanted to take his accomplishments and turn those experiences in to something he can use to help people. At the end of 2015 he decided to change direction and acquire licenses in Life and Health and continued on to become a Notary Public. With these licenses and experiences he brings a lot to the table in helping people plan for their future and ensure their finances are being managed properly.

Shannon Spring is the Office Manager at Flip Creative Consulting and is responsible for the daily tasks and management of the office. As a previous office manager of a large experiential company for several years, she is use to dynamic responsibilities and time sensitive duties. Overseeing logistical operations and number crunching is in her nature. She has versatile skills including team supervision and development, report and document preparation, accounting and bookkeeping, data management, planning, customer service and project coordination. She has proven she has what it takes to make it happen on time and exceeding expectations. Shannon enjoys spending the days with her friends and family. She enjoys the simple things in life.
Marlene was born in San Gabriel, Ca. She attended North Torrance High school and Cal State University, Fullerton. Marlene worked as a retail Manager for several retail chains for 16 years with a focus on business operations and customer service. She became a licensed insurance agent in 2012 for Life, Health, Property and Casualty.
Marlene began her insurance career in 2012 as an Agent for Farmers Insurance where she sold and serviced accounts for both Commercial and Personal Lines. Marlene decided to join Flip Business Consulting Services as a Personal Lines Agent in the fall of 2015.
Marlene is active in her community where she now lives in Victorville, Ca. She enjoys volunteering and spending time with her son and daughter.
Roger Evans is a “Relationship-Driven” professional who places great emphasis on building deep personal and high-trust relationships with his clients. Roger possesses tremendous communication skills sufficient to relate to individuals at every level of an organization. Since 1985, his professional career has provided solutions in; finance, transportation, insurance and distribution. Roger’s appeal to the insurance industry is that it allows him to contribute in big ways to individuals and businesses while maintaining quality family, church and community commitments.
A native to the coveted wine country of Sonoma Valley, Roger and his family have been residents of Upland, California since 1989.
Armando Castillo is 28 years old and has been working in the insurance Business for about 5 years. One of the reasons he pursued this business is to help other people understand the importance of having insurance and inform his clients of the best programs that will meet their needs. He loves what he does and is looking forward to many more years in the industry. Armando takes leadership in everything he achieves. Armando has also been a boxing coach for over 6 years. He works with kids and professional fighters and loves to challenge himself. The insurance business is very important now days and that’s why he has chosen this industry to help guide his clients and give them the best customer service experience possible.
Aliyah Abdullah likes to finesse her left and right brain strengths to creatively devise strategic solutions for any case project thrown her way. Aliyah has experience combining data analysis, consumer behavior methodologies and her visionary ideas to craft branding and marketing plans. She has had exposure to industries from sports, beverages, skin care to pastries with a foundation working in entertainment and media.
She is a firm believer in the world serving as the greatest classroom in life and If she doesn’t know it, she is eager to learn!
Aliyah graduated from University of Southern California with a M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and B.A. in Public Relations and Sports Media Studies.
